Project Isthmus cards in Canada

Canadian security had lots of questions about the Project Isthmus bio cards. These cards caused a commotion at the scanner, brining over additional agents. While we don't understand everything that transpired, we believe it to be anomalous XM associated with these cards.

    They passed through Iceland and Finland without an issue. Must be the forthcoming anomaly.

    Perhaps A Detection Algorithm​ had something to do with it... Enough New Wavers out there that she can get the energy/power to get into the machines at that airport?
