What Are We Missing From The NOLA Case?

What Are We Missing From The NOLA Case? Now that most of the flurry has died down from the release of info that came from the three cases associated with #ViaNoir (thank you Julia Vivienne Loverdose Chem Lee Knyteshadeaux Robb Sisson !!) I've been reviewing all the contents of the posts. Something has been nagging at me... and I think I've just put it together. Well, formulated the question that is. Take a look at the pictures here, snippets from the week's post. It seems fairly confirmed that the case from Rome contained QR codes that contained intel for the #ViaNoir anomaly... Then, you'll notice the Seoul team provides slightly less details on the QR codes - still technically a mystery, but just for argument's sake - lets say those could have also been for the #ViaNoir weekend. NO MATTER HOW YOU SLICE IT - What could the QR codes from the NOLA case have been? Walter Yung's comment raised this question, also. I've searched the various threads and chat roo...

This was the first post of the contents of one of the three cases from this weekend. Awesome work reporting by Julia Vivienne Loverdose (and as an Embedded Reporter, too - VERY well executed!) I can't wait to see the third one! Originally shared by Julia Vivienne Loverdose What was inside Hank Johnson 's case? Agents were wondering what was inside the case which resistance got yesterday in Rome. Usually such information is kept unrevealed. But this knowledge should belong to all agents. The anomaly series is over. Now it is safe to say a few words about what was inside the case without breaking the #opSec. Inside the case were: * Envelopes with puzzles; * A Klue clue; * The Klue; * A roll of sticky tape; * A big portable lamp. On the front side of puzzle pieces there was a picture. The back side was a QR-code. By solving the puzzle and flipping the image over, you'd get the QR-code that lead to Intel. (Here begins #opSec) The sticky tape was to stick puzzle pieces toget...

NYC Noir Challenge Puzzles and Answers

NYC Noir Challenge Puzzles and Answers Working with RES agent InfoCrash , ENL agent derp (myself) and Project Isthmus hosted a fantastic Noir event today in NYC. At 5pm, at the Chelsea Waterside Park indicated by H. Richard Loeb's post, two #ViaNoir missions appeared with two directions: North and South. Agents split up, and the day started off a little rough with both sides getting stuck. The crossword puzzle provided clues that we need to complete the pass phrases on the missions. We posted for help: https://plus.google.com/110169319606307166803/posts/3zZpYh6doc8 Many agents in Project Isthmus, Operation Essex, and off-site decoders worked hard to decipher the clues. Great work as you can see by Daniel van Os's post: https://plus.google.com/+DanielvanOs/posts/3kXvxJ2s8bR After a fun day of decoding, we completed the challenge, with Resistance agents being the first to complete a mission, and ENL following up. Agents then regrouped for an amazing group pic and ...

So, something weird happened today.

So, something weird happened today. I was going to ignore it, but I've decided not to. While I was out doing errands, a man in a trench coat and a fedora pulled low stopped me on the street. He said, "Look to New York this weekend." Then he was gone before I could ask him any questions. He seemed familiar. I can't place him though. What do you think it means? [Update: PAC referred to this in his latest post (last paragraph) and confirmed that it was not him who contacted me, but recommended keeping an ear to the ground: http://investigate.ingress.com/2016/11/02/sumoya-beneath-the-waves/ ] flint dille Operation Essex Ingress Matt Stevenson Jaime Quinonez Hank Johnson John Hanke H. November Lima 1331 Seattle Meet Up, 30 Oct 2016 Along with the mysterious intel dead drops ( https://plus.google.com/+JenniferBrozek/posts/Ex777a5Kipr ), the NL 1331 van was in full regalia. A good xfac crowd of over 100 Resistance and Enlightened agents appeared and had a great time. Here is the group photo ( https://plus.google.com/+NovemberLima/posts/W3KdZeMcN64 ). Prizes were given out for various best stats… I didn’t catch people’s names as they won. I suspect they’ve already posted about it. Project Isthmus was on hand to help Ethan out and to have a small costume contest. Each member of the Project Isthmus founders that were at the event chose their favor RES and ENL agent costumes then decided who one first, second, and third place. The costume contest Enlightened winners, in order: Agents TheGladerunner, Daftasabrush, and olskinny . The costume contest Resistance winners, in order: Agents Egyptus, Arett, and TrggrHppyNana . Congratulations agents! You helped make it a fun nig...
