Project Isthmus and November Lima Team Up For Some Special Missions, With Prizes! (Day 4 / Release 4 Thread) Continuing the exciting new mission contest series we started with Linda B and Ethan Lepouttre earlier in the week as they tour NL-1331 through many great cities, on their way to the Orlando anomaly! This mission series commemorates the four Obsidian Artifact glyph images that the Project Isthmus team posted; now that we have reached the final glyph we released, this will be the final mission in this particular series. The rules are simple: 1) The day of the NL event you will find a new mission available in your city (close to the NL venue) 2) Be first (or one of the first) to complete that mission and learn it's pass phrase 3) Return here and make a comment that includes your in-game agent name, and the pass phrase If you are quick enough, you will qualify for a first place prize to be given to you in person by Linda and Ethan at the NL event! ReplyDeleteVenture out to a nice park during the day time. Explore the portals that are conveniently located near you. Walk around, capture and hack portals. Complete the training missions to understand the scanner and how to play the game. There are some good training material out there. Also check out Ingress community and check out https://fevgames.net/mobile-menu/ingress-menu/
I will look at training missions, I don't think I've checked those out yet. I hit level 5 earlier today though, it seems I'm at a pretty advantageous location.

Nice! Already L5.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I have no idea what to make of the contradictory glyphs. The discussion linked above helped, but I still want confirmation! I'm up to Operation 13Magnus in the Youtube channel, so maybe I'll start forming some of my own theories once I get up to date.
ReplyDeleteHal H one of the reasons I believe there are the contradictory glyphs - I belive there is more than one sender of the glyphs, each with their own agenda.
ReplyDeleteImpressive progress so far on checking out the lore, nice work!
