NYC Noir Challenge Puzzles and Answers Working with RES agent InfoCrash , ENL agent derp (myself) and Project Isthmus​​ hosted a fantastic Noir event today in NYC. At 5pm, at the Chelsea Waterside Park indicated by H. Richard Loeb​​'s post, two #ViaNoir missions appeared with two directions: North and South. Agents split up, and the day started off a little rough with both sides getting stuck. The crossword puzzle provided clues that we need to complete the pass phrases on the missions. So, something weird happened today. I was going to ignore it, but I've decided not to. While I was out doing errands, a man in a trench coat and a fedora pulled low stopped me on the street. Using NIA Ops Approved Format Of Missions For An Event Competition Something that we have encountered at Project Isthmus​​ during the past year is a thing we have watched our friends at CLIME​​ also experience… Both our groups have wanted to use Missions in a manner that is slightly different than Ingress​​ intended. This also heavily applies to #FS #FirstSaturday events. After A LOT of thought on the topic, I have the following proposal/method that I’d like to release, both in hopes that it can solve the problem & also to gather community feedback, as many of you may have ideas to improve upon this idea! Problem Statement: Ingress players who host events would sometimes like to use Missions for competitions at their events. As is, there is no way to either schedule a mission’s release date & time – nor is there the ability to “password protect” the start of a mission. This results in the inability to use Missions to gate a competition, because they must be published early ...

Hello everyone. A fair amount of time has passed, and thus far we do not have a 100% successful resolution to the chat sync problem. As such - our Project Isthmus Street Team channel pair, as well as Ishira Tsubasa 's Glyph Journal pair (and a couple other dependent channels) remain un-synced. After analysis, this is what has happened: We started with a Telegram authentication error, for unknown reasons (we suspect NWR as per our leet-tagged post re-shared here.) That was actually quickly remedied, but then it was immediately followed by a change in Hangouts API protocol. This Hangouts change affected not only our provider Sameroom.io, but also the leading community made sync bot/service EST Bot. During this time, our provider sameroom.io migrated back-end engines, moving to the new Microsoft Bot Framework. Sadly, this framework does not yet support image relay to/from Telegram. There is almost 500 pages of glyphs and glyph research in the first part of the journal and now we have start a second one with currently 25 more pages of glyphs, as the first is now heavily lagged. We have recorded glyphs for 6 different first Saturdays and 5 different anomaly dates, starting in Obsidian and powering through Via Lux. People have asked what we have learned so far and that's a bit difficult to explain. I will not speak for all my glyphers, and please take this as only my opinion and not theirs. Though they did help in me coming to these conclusions i know that not everyone sees the glyphs the way i do.
